Shove your finger down your throat
Watch yourself explode
As your insides turn against you
And come out
Watch them splatter in the sink
As your own guilt weighs upon you
Begs you to stop
But you ignore it's pleads
You're in too far to quit now
You've worked too hard to quit now
You're too close to being beautiful to quit now
This is the closest you have ever been
You can almost feel the victory within you
Soon others will finally see you,
Will finally know that you exist,
Will finally have to accept you as you are
But little do you know
That the finger that you use
Is the trigger to the gun
That ends you life
Watch yourself explode
As your insides turn against you
And come out
Watch them splatter in the sink
As your own guilt weighs upon you
Begs you to stop
But you ignore it's pleads
You're in too far to quit now
You've worked too hard to quit now
You're too close to being beautiful to quit now
This is the closest you have ever been
You can almost feel the victory within you
Soon others will finally see you,
Will finally know that you exist,
Will finally have to accept you as you are
But little do you know
That the finger that you use
Is the trigger to the gun
That ends you life

Cradling you,
Limp in my arms,
Bones, and yellow skin,
Poking in to me,
I beg of you,
Eat.
The sight of food,
You vomit up blood,
All over me.
I do not care,
I will not leave.
Your hairs falling out,
Stringy and weak,
I hold it in my fingers,
Shaking,
Crying with you.
I wont let you die,
You can do this no more,
I look in those eyes,
So gray, loss of life,
You bruise so easily,
As i carry you to bathe,
Its like carrying a dead baby,
And laying it in its grave,
But you are not yet dead,
Food you shall eat,
Once so beautiful,
Weight will not be your defeat.
Anorexia may own you,
Your mind your heart your soul,
But

Anorexia
I hate you
For what you did to me
But even more
I hate you
For what you did to her
Why can't you see
How beautiful she was
How beautiful she could be
Without you
Anorexia
How do you sleep at night
Knowing well those you've taken
Stolen from those that love them most
Driving us all insane
Forced into slow suicide
Does it even slightly faze you
That you are
The dark side of Glamour
Anorexia
The unbearable unbearable pain inside
Making it visable through scars
Hidden underneith baggy clothes
They'll never know of our relationship
Hold me in your arms
And sing me to my final sleep

Bulimia
Bulimia
Eat until it hurts like hell
You can feel your stomach swell
You should care, although you dont
Shove the fingers down your throat
You know the routine by heart
Nows the time the gagging starts
You look for something to grasp
Between the tears and the gasps
I WANT TO BE BEAUTIFUL!
Once again the usual
This shit is just too brutal
You want to be so perfect
Youre just the one the scale tricked

So I had planned on doing a series of poems each dealing with an eating disorder. I wrote Bulimia a while ago and then of course went on to write Anorexia and haven't got to Obesity yet. I am not making fun of these disorders only tying to get a point across with them. Now I know that this one isn't too good but I plan to fix it in the near future when I can.
